Two years, no fuss.
Every Hovr is covered for two years from the day it arrives. If it stops doing its one job because of a fault on our end, we will repair or replace it.
What the warranty covers
Clear lines, both ways.
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the device
- It will not power on or be recognised
- A faulty USB-A or USB-C connector
- It stops keeping your computer active through no fault of yours
Not covered
- Accidental or physical damage
- Misuse, or use outside its intended purpose
- Normal wear after heavy long-term use
- A lost or misplaced device

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights, not instead of them.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
